Winter Surprises

This customer wanted a a custom puzzle for her husband; they both are snowboarders and love winter activities. They let me pick the poster, so everything in the puzzle was a total surprise to them. I had done snowflakes sticking out of a cloudy edge before (The Big Link); I like the look of that edge.

I used sliver dropouts to form a snowman; I always wonder at what point the assemblers realize what the dropouts form.

The most fun I had was adding Bumble (from Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer) peering over the mountains.
